Work begins on new 28-acre Tunstall Arrow development

Caddick Construction have been awarded the contract by Network Space to design and build five industrial units Tunstall Arrow, one of the largest speculative industrial development schemes in the Stoke-on-Trent area for more than a decade. The scheme could create more than 250 jobs for the area.  

The works consist of the construction of 5 industrial warehouse units due to completed in August 2018. the 5 units will comprise of 128,000 sq ft including a 40,000 sq ft unit which has been pre-let by Q-railing.
