The Caddick Group was founded by Paul Caddick on 6th July 1979 and is a UK registered company.

We have built a reputation for providing cost effective solutions within budget and programme, utilising our experience and 'hands on' management approach. The foundations of the business have grown from the development and construction of industrial and commercial units to other market sectors and we have been active for many years now in providing a Quality, Value and Delivery Service for buildings of education, further education, leisure, healthy living centres, crèche and daycare, healthcare, offices, retail, residential, refurbishment and retirement and care home purposes.
