Caddick Construction have been appointed by Derwent Estates to be their design and build partner to redevelop this run down area of Liverpool to create a more welcoming first impression to teh city off the M62 motorway.

Occupying three quarters of a mile of frontage onto Liverpool's Edge Lane, Liverpool Shopping Park will total 727,000 sq ft of mixed use commercial development and comprise 41 retail units, parking for 1,500 cars and a number of leisure unts.

The site spans the current Edge Lane Retail Park as well as the site located across the junction of Rathbone Road and Edge Lane, which is home to Subway and the former Blockbuster store.
