Phases 1-3 Mere Grange, St Helens

Caddick Construction was successfully appointed as the main contractor across all three phases. 

Phase one was a £4.6 million speculative scheme, consisting of the construction of four industrial units varying in size between 18,500 sq ft and 25,350 sq ft. 

Phase two consisted of the construction of a single 51,800 sq ft unit for specialist laundry firm Synergy LMS. 

Recently completed phase 3 comprised of the construction of a 20,000 sq ft unit bespoke for end-user Ormazabal, a specialist electrical manufacturer. 

All phases were steel-framed structures with cladding and masonry external panels. All units comprised of a fitted out office area and all associated external works.
