This development consisted of two phases. Phase one, the initial contract, comprised of internal alterations to the existing live bulk butter making facility and external heavy civil engineering work. Following the success of phase one, Caddick Construction was contracted to complete Phase 2 works which comprised the construction of a new 53,819 sq ft extension to create a retail packet butter making facility.
