Caddick Construction worked with Arla Foods on their Stourton Diary site for 6 years on various projects that included; Arla Foods Headquarters, a 120,000 sq ft high quality headquarters office; a new Effluent Plant for the onsite treatment of all effluent waste; Project Imsety which comprised alterations and building works to form a new production facility to create a filling line for Arla’s Cravendale products; Project Hapy, a three storey extension to the existing dairy facility complete with full building fit out; a three storey extension to the existing Blow Mould; and Project Olympic, construction of a new two storey extension for flavoured milk based production.
