The Gateway West Development is within the Newburn Riverside premium business park owned by the regional development agency One North East. The project comprised two 3- storey BCO Grade A specification office blocks, totaling 52,000 sq ft and 10 industrial units totaling 187,000 sq ft. Awarded BREEAM Excellent, the project included generous cycle storage as well as dedicated shower and changing areas for each building to encourage people to either cycle or walk to work.
