Beswick Towers, Manchester

Adjacent to Ashton Old Road in the New East Manchester regeneration area, this design and build contract for 50 apartments in two six storey blocks was of timber-framed construction with rendered facades, featured cedar panels and glass balconies. The building was constructed on pre-cast driven pile foundations and ground beams and was completed in under 12 months.
