Section 104 and 38 highway works and plot works to 111 no residential units, including a 2,000m3 capacity precast concrete surface water storage tank, surface and foul water pumping stations and rising mains.

To deal with the high water table on this project dewatering systems were used, allowing the drainage and storage tank works to be carried out in dry and safe conditions.
