Caddick was awarded the contract to design and build Tunstall Arrow, one of the largest speculative industrial development schemes in the Stoke-on-Trent area for more than a decade.
The works consisted of the construction of 5 industrial warehouse units comprising of 128,000 sq ft including a 40,000 sq ft unit which was pre-let to Q-Railing.
