The high-profile £44m Emerald Headingley Stadium build was singled out for a Silver Award, along with the £2.7m JCT600 Porsche Centre in Newcastle. Its 20,000 sq ft industrial unit for Ormazabel on behalf of Network Space, as part of the Mere Grange development, St Helens, received a Bronze commendation.

The best of the British Construction Industry were gathered for the annual awards, although Caddick's outstanding Emerald Headingley Stadium did not take home the Culture & Leisure Project of the Year award we are proud to be a finalist in this extremely competitive category. BCI Event Executive Harry Bower added: “Being a finalist at this event is an incredible achievement. The standard of the entries was high and judges commented on the consistently impressive presentations. It was clear, they said, that the presenters have a passion beyond bounds for their initiatives and projects.”

Caddick Construction win their fifth President's Award at the RoSPA Health and Safety Awards 2017. The 2017 awards marked the 14th consecutive year that Caddick Construction achieves RoSPA Gold standard for its health and safety management systems.

The £100m prime distribution and logistics scheme, Crosspoint33 and an eco-friendly Vauxhall garage on Leeds City Ring Road were both handed a bronze award at a ceremony at Manchester’s Lowry Hotel.
