Caddick Construction completes multi-million pound business park

Caddick Construction has announced the completion of the multi-million pound Stonebridge Business Park.

The construction team began work at the site on Sugarbrook Drive in June last year, following a ground breaking ceremony with Mayor of Liverpool Joe Anderson. The project was completed on time this month.

The £3.7m contract included the design and construction of four high quality warehouse industrial units, creating between them 63,657 sq ft of space overlooking the A580.

This phase follows the construction of a new 69,197 sq ft parcel distribution facility for express delivery service DPD (UK) at Stonebridge Business Park, which opened last year and a 15,700 sq ft speculative phase of starter units which completed in August 2016.
