Yorkshire-based Caddick Construction has been awarded a £2.4 million contract to create a new food cluster area and to carry out essential refurbishments to The Core Shopping Centre in Leeds.
The company has been awarded the contract to fulfil work to the Leeds city centre shopping centre, which already boasts an impressive list of leisure and retail brands.
The include Waitrose, New Look, JD Sports, Sports Direct, HMV, BANK, The Gym and the newest food and beverage outlet, Burger King. The construction team began work last month and are scheduled to be on site for 26 weeks.
