Crosby Town Centre redevelopment

Caddick Construction has been awarded the contract by St Modwen to carry out a full-scale refurbishment of the existing Glenn Buildings North and Glenn Buildings South as well as the replacement of 10 Moor Lane with a two-storey retail and leisure unit. The scheme will create units ranging from 645 sq ft to 9,770 sq ft.
