Retail Park completed after multi-million pound investment

Caddick Construction have completed the third and final phase of Kilner Way Retail Park in Sheffield.

The retail park has been extended and reconfigured to offer a gym, a coffe shop, and a number of new units plus an additional 200 car parking spaces.

Caddick was also the lead contractor on the frist two phases, which converted the former supermarket site to provide more than 140,000 sq ft of retail space as well as covered walkways and major roadworks to widen the existing highway and introduce a right turn lane.
