Phase 2, Stonebridge East, Liverpool

Caddick Construction was appointed to complete Phase 2 of Stonebridge Business Park industrial development, named Stonebridge 55, in Liverpool after the successful delivery of Phase 1. 

The works consisted of the construction of a 51,000 sq ft speculatively-built industrial warehouse space incorporating an integral high spec office, 2 dock level loading and 2 level access loading doors and a lift to the first-floor office. 

External works comprised 52 dedicated car parking spaces for employees and visitors, 2 electrical vehicle charging points, a new service road, and new incoming utility services.
