The Beehive Business Park, Ulverston

Caddick Construction has recently completed the contract to design and build a new business park in Ulverston, a market town in the South West corner of Cumbria.

The first phase of the development comprised of the construction of 3 nr steel-structured retail units for M&S Food Hall, Aldi and a Screwfix warehouse. The works also included the construction of a meat production facility for Lake District Farmers. 

External works comprised of new internal roads, customer car parking areas, servicing, and landscaping.
