Aviator Unit B, Ellesmere Port

Caddick Construction has recently completed the design and build of a 125,000 sq ft high-quality industrial unit with 8 dock level loading bays, 4 level access loading bays and 6,000 sq ft office accommodation at Ellesmere Port.

External works consisted of underground attenuation tanks, a concrete service yard with 14 trailer parking bays, 185 car parking spaces, various external hard standing finishes, and soft landscaping.
