The works include the construction of a 96,962 sq ft two-storey steel-framed retail unit, supported by piled foundations, with composite clad walls forming the thermal envelope. The new retail unit will be enhanced shell fit-out including; partial decoration, M&E installation, lighting, comfort cooling, PV roof arrays, etc.
External works include an extensive customer car park, landscape layout, and site roads to tie in with adjacent highway infrastructure.
Stokers, Lucas Furniture, Aylesbury

We are thrilled to be relocating Lucas Furniture to a very prominent site on the A41 next to Aylesbury Vale Parkway Railway Station. We were impressed by Caddick's approach to the negotiations for the contract and their experience in building prestigious retail stores for some of the UK's best known brands.
