Hyundai Dealership, Leeds

The project consisted of the construction of a new Hyundai Motor dealership including a showroom, workshop, and associated areas together with all associated external works. 

The main works consisted of site the preparation, ground stabilisation, reinforced concrete foundations and ground floor slabs, structural steelwork frame, masonry work, profiled steel wall cladding, profiled steel roof cladding, internal block walls, metal stud partitioning, first floor (in-situ concrete on metal decking), stairs, plastering, tiling, fire protection, suspended ceilings, showroom glazing, roller shutter doors, electrical, mechanical, alarm systems, foul/surface water drainage together with associated finishes.
