The first phase saw Caddick undertake the design and construction of this 26,000 sq ft 3 storey steel framed with feature brickwork, composite and glazed panels roofed with artificial slates with a projecting eaves detail. 

The second phase saw Caddick undertake the design and construction of over 30,000 sq ft linked office blocks ranging from two and three storey buildings.
