Caddick has recently completed the contract to construct Warrington Youth Zone. The new purpose-built youth centre provides mix-use leisure facilities designed to enhance leisure provisions and meet future demands in the area.
The works included the design and construction of a 3 storey single detached youth zone facility that offers an indoor climbing wall, 3G kick pitch, four-court sports hall, dance and drama studio, training kitchen, arts and crafts space, fully equipped gym, music room with a recording studio and enterprise studio.
