Logistics North H1, Bolton

The project included the construction of a new 50,800 sq ft speculative industrial/ distribution unit, which includes a two-storey office/ reception element contained within the outer envelope as well as its own secure service yard and car park. 

Upon successful completion of the development Caddick Construction were awarded to under take the fit out of the new offices and warehouses by Amscreen Group Limited.
