Porsche Centre South Lakes

Caddick was awarded the contract to design and construct a new Porsche Centre for Parker & Parker Limited. 

The new two storey development included the construction of a new car showroom, incorporating a commercial office unit, maintenance workshop, wash area, display areas, customer parking, and hard and soft landscaping. 

External works included a secure compound for the storage of up to 48 vehicles and 9 staff parking spaces, a customer car park, a car display area for up to 28 vehicles, and a new access road for the development.
