The works consisted of the construction of a steel-framed four-storey healthcare hub with local stone cladding. The hub has an internal floor space of 47,877 sq ft and will accommodate GP services, community, and mental health facilities, diabetes and respiratory clinics, and specialist physiotherapy services. The hub also includes a pharmacy, cafe, PV system plant, and expansion space.
External works included a car park, landscaping works, external refuse stores, bicycle shelters, hard paved areas, and drainage works.
