Tunstall Arrow Phase 2, Stoke

Following the successful build of Tunstall Arrow Phase 1 we have been awarded the contract for Phase 2. This development consists of the design and construction of 5 industrial units ranging from 13,000 to 30,750 sq and 109,250 sq ft in total.

The units will be modern portal-framed buildings with electronically operated loading doors with warehouse floor slab loading and eaves ranging from 8-10m in height.  All will have high quality, fully fitted ground and first floor offices and amenity areas with associated services.

Externally works include a landscaped environment, secure gated service yard and dedicated staff and visitor car parking spaces with electric charging points.  All main services will be included in the project.
