Lever Gardens Extra Care, Bolton

We have been awarded a contract to design and construct a high-quality extra care residential scheme.

The extra care scheme will comprise of 62 one and two bedroom apartments, together with communal facilities including lounges/bistro, laundry, support offices, scooter store and 6 bungalows.  Two of the bungalows will be designated for wheelchair users with all areas designed for easy use including a clear turning space in each room with wider corridors and entrance lobby.  

External works will include associated services and drainage works, as well as soft landscaping including seater benches, lawned area, shrubs and plants, feature walls, pergola, gravel footpath and stepping stones to external areas.
