The building is situated in one of the UK’s premier logistics locations, Markham Vale. Caddick Construction undertook construction of the 33,600 sq ft distribution centre (Phase 1) which incorporated a significant office function to house the head office and sales teams. After years of business growth, Industrial Ancillaries negotiated with Caddick Construction to undertake an extension (Phase 2) to add to the existing building totalling 752 sq ft which added valuable office space.
