Caddick Construction were awarded the contract to design and construct a 66,000 sq ft distribution unit in Trafford Park.
The unit will be steel portal framed with 4 dock and 2 lever access loading door and 50 Kn/m² loading capacity, as well as featuring high quality two storey office accommodation and amenities. The exterior will be finished with profile sheet clad elevations and glazing to the offices.
External works include a service yard, detached car park providing 141 spaces plus hard and soft landscaping.
The unit will be designed and built to a 'Very Good' rating under the latest BREEAM Legislation.
