The project involved the design and construction of a new purpose-built, modern healthcare facility in Milnrow in order to improve services and efficiencies for its' patients.
The development consists of a single structure building, 48,136 sq ft with ground, first and second-floor levels which house a suite of rooms for consultation, examination, treatment, and meetings. There will be a waiting area, reception facilities, a pharmacy, and an expansion space.
The project achieve a BREEAM Outstanding rating, achieved through a meticulous design and build process focused on integrated ventilation systems and a 'fabric first' energy-efficient design.
