Kiwi Street, Salford

Caddick Construction have been awarded the contract to design and construct a brand-new apartment block in Salford.

The scheme will see the construction of 63 apartments in a single block which varies in height between 4, 5 and 8 storeys, consisting of 47nr one bed apartments, 14nr two bed apartments and 2nr wheelchair units.

External works will consist of landscaping to form communal gardens and 25 car parking spaces, including two disabled.
