Leeds Valley Park

The scheme comprised the construction of 6 high quality, modern industrial units ranging in size from 25,000 sq ft to 70,000 sq ft with height haunches of 8-12 meters. Each unit benefited from a modern office provision on the first floor and was designed and constructed to a ‘Very Good’ BREEAM rating.

Photovoltaic panels were also installed to provide energy efficiency. 

The surrounding complex incorporated landscaped areas to create a welcoming work environment and to enhance local biodiversity. In addition, the external works included service yards, car parks, access roads, drainage, and incoming services.
