We have been appointed by Radius Payment Solutions to deliver the design and construction of a 41,043 sq ft 3 storey office block in Crewe. Work includes a cat B fit out. The building comprises two wings of workspace which flank a central space. This area provides amenity, such as a barista coffee station, pizza bar, vertical circulation, breakout spaces, meeting rooms and a Star Wars themed roof top sky bar. These are all arranged around a conical 3 storey atrium which terminates with a roof light.
The office will be built to an ‘Excellent’ rating under the latest BREEAM regulations.
In addition, there are a series of external works including 128 car parking spaces for staff/visitors.
