Neston Town Redevelopment, The Wirral

This redevelopment of the Town Square and surface car park in the centre of Neston for client CTP provided 221 new parking spaces in a 3 storey in situ concrete and steel framed structure with a 35,000 sq ft retail store above for Sainsbury’s. There was also a spilt level basement, and 14 apartments constructed to level 3 code for Sustainable Homes for Riverside Housing Association. All construction was carried out within the constraints of a live environment.
