Heineken Manchester invested in its Manchester plant to improve facilities and increase production. The project was split in to three phases; Phase 1, construction of a new fermentation vessel and a new yeast propagation vessel block with an interlinking bridge and associated external works; Phase 2, upgrade of Heineken’s existing facilities and Phase 3, removal of the Brewhouse’s redundant equipment, and the demolition and removal of the Brewhouse control room
