Stonebow House was built in 1965 at the height of the postwar commerical boom, for Renown Holdings PLC. The existing building comprised of retail units to the ground floor with a five storey office tower above.
The works included the refurbishment and re-cladding of the existing concrete framed building as well as the addition of a recessed lightweight storey to create exciting new residential apartments. The ground floor and basement level accommodate shops and also restaurants.
The standard of the project produced is outstanding especially in the 17 residential apartments where they have worked tirelessly to ensure that quality was not compromised.
