Caddick Construction undertook the design and construction of 220 student studio room development in 3no. blocks. The vision was to create an entirely fresh approach to student living, focusing on the development and operation of contemporary, high quality, sustainable, carbon-zero student communities. Key features for this development included incorporating solar panels onto energy centre roof, 100 per cent rain water harvesting and all rooms heated via external air source heat pumps.
