Headingley Stadium is home of the Yorkshire County Cricket Club, the Leeds Rhinos and Yorkshire Carnegie Rugby Clubs. Due to facilities required by Leeds Beckett University and the stadiums necessity to develop its own accommodation at the Stadium, Caddick Constsruction negotiated the contract to design and build the Carnegie Stand which provides a 27,000 sq. ft. sports science academy for Leeds Beckett University which provides a unique teaching resource for all types of sports ranging from rugby to abseiling and fully covering all aspects of sports tuition including sports science software development and analysis, psychology and health and fitness training and accommodation.
