Royd Court, Mirfield

Caddick Construction undertook the design and construction of an extra care home complex, comprising of 58 self-contained flats, together with landscaping and external works including a new access road on to the adjacent highway. Communal facilities included lounges, restaurant, day rooms and a secure central courtyard.
