Junction ONE Retail Park, Bidston Moss

Junction ONE has recently undergone an extension and redevelopment of the existing live Bidston Moss Retail Park near Liverpool. Caddick Construction undertook the refurbishment and extension of Unit 2A and 2B. To meet the requirements of the intended occupier; Aldi, a 5,000 sq ft extension to the rear was constructed. Unit 2B, required extensive renovation for its intended occupier, Marks and Spencer Simply Food, to meet their requirements, a non-trading mezzanine floor was constructed. Caddick also constructed a new 7,000 sq ft unit.
