Wakefield College visit to Emerald Headingley Stadium

Our site team at Emerald Headingley Stadium partnered with Wakefield College’s Castleford Skills Xchange Campus to give students an insight into the redevelopment of the stadium. 

30 students were joined by lecturer Kevin France on the tour of the site, which consisted of a site tour as well as a presentation by our Project Manager.

The visit allowed the students to witness first-hand the challenges of a construction project in a live environment, while also making them one of the first people to enjoy the view from the upper tier of the new cricket stand at the iconic stadium.
