The best of the British Construction Industry were gathered for the annual awards, although Caddick's outstanding Emerald Headingley Stadium did not take home the Culture & Leisure Project of the Year award we are proud to be a finalist in this extremely competitive category. BCI Event Executive Harry Bower added: “Being a finalist at this event is an incredible achievement. The standard of the entries was high and judges commented on the consistently impressive presentations. It was clear, they said, that the presenters have a passion beyond bounds for their initiatives and projects.”
Caddick Civil Engineering, a subsidiary of Caddick Construction, has promoted Jamie Stephenson to its Board as Contracts Director. Jamie has more than 20 years’ industry experience and joined Caddick Civil Engineering in 2002. He is responsible for supervising the team of Site Managers within the Civil Engineering Operation and works closely with Caddick’s Client Team to oversee the company’s award-winning project management operations.
Caddick Construction is proud to have been awarded an Order Of Distinction after 16 consecutive Golds in the internationally-renowned RoSPA Health and Safety Awards.
Caddick Construction has strengthened its main Board with two new appointments. Chris Wilson, formally Commercial Manager will take his place on the Board as Commercial Development Director, joined by Richard Gaukrodger, formally Construction Manager, now Construction Director. The appointments come on the back of a string of successful contract wins and completions for the company.
Caddick Construction enjoyed a double celebration at the CCS National Site Awards where the high-profile £40m Emerald Headingley Stadium build, along with the N-Power office renovation project both picked up a Bronze Awards.

Caddick Construction win their fifth President's Award at the RoSPA Health and Safety Awards 2017. The 2017 awards marked the 14th consecutive year that Caddick Construction achieves RoSPA Gold standard for its health and safety management systems.
Two of Caddick's sites have been recognised at the Considerate Constructors Scheme's National Site Awards. The £100m prime distribution and logistics scheme, Crosspoint33 and an eco-friendly Vauxhall garage on Leeds City Ring Road were both handed a bronze award at a ceremony at Manchester’s Lowry Hotel.

B.L.C Limited became Caddick Construction Limited on 13th November. First board of Directors was created with Paul Caddick as Chairman, a Managing Director, Roy Hinchcliffe as Design Director, Keith Bradley as Purchasing Director and a Construction Director.
Balne Lane Construction became B.L.C Limited on 19th November.
Head Office was built in Knottingley
Paul Caddick established Balne Lane Construction specialising in Civil Engineering on 6th July a subsidiary of Paul Caddick (Holdings) PLC.
