Building work gathers pace at 70,000 sq. ft industrial space on the Wirral

Caddick Construction is progressing work on-site at Redsun Projects’ new Croft Retail Park in Bromborough. Once complete the £5.2m mixed-use scheme will bring much-needed industrial space to the local area.

Phase one of the project involves the design and construction of two industrial facilities measuring 24,002 and 14,986 sq.ft respectively. With construction now gathering pace on-site, completion is expected in June this year. A further phase of the wider development will come forward at a later date.

Located adjacent to the A41 and sitting at the heart of Croft Retail Park and Bromborough Industrial Estate, the facility marks the third commercial industrial scheme delivered by Caddick on behalf of Redsun following the completion of phases one and two of Aviator at Ellesmere Port.

Having successfully completed the design and build of a 125,000 sq. ft warehouse at Aviator phase one, Caddick then negotiated the second phase with Redsun, which included the construction of two speculative warehouses on a 15-acre plot.
