Caddick Builds Ambitious One City Park Scheme

Caddick Construction has completed Bradford’s first Grade A office development in 20 years. Delivered in partnership with national placemaker Muse and Bradford Council, the 56,403 sq. ft of sustainable and flexible office space now sits proudly in the heart of Bradford city centre.

The build comprised five floors of commercial office space and roof terrace and despite the development’s extremely tight footfall and prominent city centre location, Caddick delivered the scheme.

CCL Facades, Caddick Construction sister company, was enlisted throughout the build to deliver the external facade of this distinctive new building.

Sustainability was ingrained in the core designs of the multi-million-pound scheme. The build included high-performance glazing, photovoltaic panels and air source heat pumps to make sure the building operates on renewable energy. Every car park space has an electric car charging point, coupled with secure cycle storage and changing facilities.
