Construction completed at largest The Car People showroom

Caddick Construction has announced the completion of a £6 million contract to build a car retail facility for The Car People on Calver Park Road in Warrington.

The Warrington-based business Caddick Construction started on site in August 2016 to create The Car People’s largest facility to date, at 41,441 sq ft and with 1,000 cars on display and a total capacity of 1,700 vehicles.  

The dealership also houses a showroom, workshop, bodyshop, valet bay, office and toilets. The project included all associated external works including car display areas, a compound, and a servicing area, plus a new access road together with service infrastructure.
